When persons currently enrolled in Medicaid have no other means of transportation to access a Medicaid-allowable service, MTP will arrange a cost-effective mode of transportation to a reasonably close health-care provider. To access this service, simply call Med Trip at 1-877-663-8747. MTP will give the customer a Confirmation Number. Call CapTrans with this number to have your trip paid by Medicaid.
