Caprock Community Action Association administers two public and three private Weatherization Assistance Programs. The private funds are contracted with Southwestern Public Service, Brazos Electirc and West Texas Utilities. The Federal funds are contracted through Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs.

These funds are used to provide air infiltration measures to homes in the CCAA service delivery area. The target group includes elderly, disabled and families with children under six years of age. Eligibility is determined through income guidelines and condition of home.
