Caprock Community Action Association, inc. contracts with the South Plains Workforce Development Board to assist the eligible Choices/TANF clients to prepare and enter the workforce. This contract provides these services to residents in Crosby, Floyd, Dickens, Hale, Motley and King counties. Services include classes in:
All eligible participants must meet income guidelines and reside in one of the CCAA service counties. They must agree to particpate in one of the eligible activities for 30 hours a week. CCAA can provide Job Placement through On the Job Training and Work Experience. Once a client has secured employment, supportive services may be provided in order for the client to maintain the job. |
